Our Story
Brittany is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for medical aesthetics and an artistic eye. She opened Grace Riley Aesthetics in 2017, performing cosmetic injections after mastering the art of wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers. She performs total facial rejuvenation using a wide variety of products, techniques and procedures tailored to each individual patient need. In addition, Brittany has extensive experience in acute care, geriatric and rehab medicine.

Brittany is the owner of Grace Riley Aesthetics, a Master injector, Galderma trained and certified in the art of wrinkle relaxers and dermal fillers. She is a board certified nurse practitioner with a background in adult, geriatric and rehab medicine as well as a LOVE for all things Aesthetic.
Brittany is a working professional, mother and wife. She started this business as a way to a better work life balance and to enjoy what it is that she was doing everyday. She is extremely passionate about helping others and achieving the best possible outcomes for her patients. Having struggled with her own skin issues prompted her to want to help others in their outward appearances. While we all know beauty starts from the inside out-let’s be honest, a little Botox never hurt anyone!

Nurse Practitioner
MARY MITCHELL, DNP, FNP-C
Mary is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Boston with her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and then MCPHS with her Master of Science in Nursing. Mary has experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, trauma surgery and primary care as a family Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, Mary developed a love for injectables and pursued training and certification through MedAesthetics, the Aesthetic Institute of Massachusetts, and AMET. She enjoys enhancing the natural beauty of her clients by expertly blending the art and science of injectables. With a focus on safety, Mary brings a fun, energetic and conservative approach to Grace Riley Aesthetics. In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and golden-doodle Jax.
ERICA DODGE, RN, BSN
Practice Manager
Erica Dodge has been a registered nurse in the healthcare industry for seventeen years. Her job includes monitoring patients' treatments, devising care plans, providing medical care during emergencies, and planning, working diligently to manage patient movement throughout the healthcare system.
Erica believes every patient and client matters, so she handles her job daily with great attention to detail. Launching Prime Infusion in 2018 brought a new passion to her life as she began to change clients' lives outside of the hospital setting.
Erica holds her Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Massachusetts- Lowell. She is ACLS/PALS, Emergency Pediatric, and Trauma Nursing trained and certified. Also, she is Botox certified and has been practicing this discipline for two years.
When she's not taking care of clients in the office or patients at the hospital, she can be found in the gym working on perfecting her fitness or with her family. She uses her passion for health and wellness to keep her mind and body healthy.
Erica is excited to join the Grace Riley Esthetic team as the office manager and looks forward to advancing her injection skillset.

ROSA DICICCO, RN
Rosa has a strong passion for the aesthetics industry which spans over 18 years. She started as an aesthetician in 2002 where she worked at Tu Moda Day spa for 7 years. She then opened an aesthetics studio, Divina Skin Care, for 8 years in Shrewsbury Ma. During this time, Rosa also worked as a medical aesthetician with 2 premiere plastic surgeons where she trained in cosmetic laser treatments and advance skin care procedures.

Wanting to take her career to the next level she attended Becker College and earned her nursing degree. She currently works as an operating room nurse, assisting in all surgical specialties. Her passion lies in staying up to date and offering the most effective, aesthetic procedures and home care, to give her clients the best end results. She is excited to be a part of Grace Riley team. Rosa offers Botox, IPL photo facials, laser hair removal, medical grade chemical peels, radio frequency skin tightening, dermaplaning, clinical facials and waxing services. Her passion for the medical esthetics industry shows through her hands-on work. Her clients have followed her throughout her career. Their loyalty, over the past 18 years, is a true testament to her expertise and love of what she does as aesthetic nurse specialist.

CHARLOTTE CHENEY RN, MSN
Charlotte is a registered nurse who is passionate about making clients feel their most confident in their skin! She is determined to educate people of all of the many benefits that neurotoxins have to offer, from prevention to skin texture improvement, and beyond! She joined Grace Riley Aesthetics as our botox guru. When she is not in the spa she can be found working as a school nurse for children with multiple disabilities or with her dog, Dash.

KIRSTEN RAD
Kirsten is an ambitious and enthusiastic aesthetician. She has been in the aesthetics field since 2018. For the past 3 years she has worked as a medical aesthetician in Sudbury MA, where she was trained in advance clinical skin care and treatments. Wanting to bring her career closer to home she decided to look for opportunities in Worcester. Kirsten is very excited to be apart of the Grace Riley Team. She specializes is Hydrafacials, Clinical Facials, Dermaplaining, Lash Lifts and Brow Lamination, and all Waxing services. Kirsten’s goal for her clients is to always enhance their natural beauty.
